A Brooklyn native who came of age during the crack epidemic, he witnessed firsthand the impact of addiction and systemic injustice. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales University and a master’s from Wake Forest University.

Known for her grounded, no-nonsense approach, Lindsay helps clients uncover their truth and transform pain into power through the practices of breathwork and mindfulness.
